"Gallien jog na hoie"

There is lot of differece between saying and doing or living gurbani

EXACTLY and SPOT ON veer Ji...

The Jogis and Sidhs and Pandits that Guru Ji SAW were doing PURE RITUALISTIC paaths and poojas..for showing the world at large their spirituality....and LIVING the exact OPPOSITE. Gurbani shows us how to do real Jog..be a real sidh...and a saint-soldier...we carry the SPIRIT of the WARRIOR and the SWORD of the SAINT.

1 question for Sangat ji,

My dad has taken a huge loan for building his house. Me and my wife live in a different country and have our own expenses.

Is helping out my dad in his mortgage payments considered dasvandh or just my responsibility? As after taking out money for my own expenses and dad loan I do not have money left to give to someone in need as charity.

What are your thoughts?
