My two cents on your astute remark. The storms of controversy are very real and are deeply rooted in the history of Sikh immigration in Canada. AT THE SAME TIME, the particular events and personalities that have triggered the current controversies are very specific to particular communities, even particular electoral districts in Canada. So far from down-playing the importance of the controversies I try to stay tuned in. Yet, like you I know that there is a lot of chardi kala in Canada, even in Toronto, Brampton, Surrey and Vancouver. It is like everything else in life. Happiness and sadness, high spirits and dejection, controversy and good faith, distrust and confidence, hills and valleys seem to exist side by side. Thanks for these videos.
