The period of migration into India from Central Asia could have happened anytime between the time of the Rig Veda culture i.e. between 1700–1100 BCE.
So making the assumption that the river Saraswati is stated correctly as per satellite confirmation, it still doesn't prove that the origin of the tribes called Aryans are Indian origin. They traveled. The fact that Iran has so many similarities with Indian culture and language, has to be reviewed with an open mind.
It is likely that Hindu scholars have laid claims about per-historic artifacts found by archeologists as Indian origins whereas the real origin were Tibet or a neighboring country. Probably it is human nature to deny another culture to be older than your own. Even the Christians do it. They tell their archeologists to deny the existence of a finding just because they cannot explain it through their highly believed Evolution Theory.
