KUALA LUMPUR - MALAYSIAN Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin yesterday denied calling the members of a new inter-faith committee 'small fry', after an uproar from the committee's non-Muslim representatives. He had reportedly made the comment on Monday, triggering an angry reaction from the Malaysian Consultative Council of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism.
