So GURMUKh do Seva and stay neutral, as positive results neither get feel exalted nor bad result brings feeling depressed.

Our body has ocean of emotions. Bhav Sagar

Human emotions are born out of perception and released harmony have no correlation with physical world.

This awareness is (Nadir Blessing) FROM Nature and one stops blaming wife children mother in law father in law friends colleagues etc for emotions all turbulence


One take the responsibility of own perceptive thinking and start mentoring own Mind for emotional.control.and balance.

With control.of emotions and hence mind. One leads a stable emotional life and gets releived from bondage of false.emotions. and get liberated. (MOKH) dwaar perceptive door.

There is complete difference in perception, when deh deh is expressed as human wants from Nature.
It is not for outer human wants. Jap is internalisation before seeker attributes to outer World.
