What I like about the quote you just posted: it defines an important discipline that can add to confidence and to peace of mind. When a person judges another person, we have only that person's perceptions and words. We learn nothing about the person who has been judged. We do learn something about the one who judges... that person's values and frame of mind.

The truth of the quote is deeper than having a positive attitude. It is something to work for. Never easy to do, it pays off.

Most people stop doing spiritual practice when their desires are fulfilled, but the real seeker is the one who continues his spiritual practice through good as well as bad times.~~~Anonymous

if we understand the solutions of small small problems in life then it is easy for us to solve the biggest problem of life and if we can understand the small things in life then it is very easy to understand the big things in life, instead of saying big big words we should understand the small things in life which will take us to big things we should first fulfil small goals in life in order to reach to big goals in life.

“It does take great maturity to understand that the opinion we are arguing for is merely the hypothesis we favor, necessarily imperfect, probably transitory, which only very limited minds can declare to be a certainty or a truth.”

In four ways … should one who flatters be understood as a foe in the guise of a friend: He approves of his friend’s evil deeds, he disapproves his friend’s good deeds, he praises him in his presence, he speaks ill of him in his absence. ~~Gautam Budha
