You know what I have started to do? There have been many physical obstacles in my life for 2 years now. They are starting to define my world and it can mean hours even days of bleak outlooks. That of course only sets a vicious cycle into action. Bleak circumstances = bleak outlook = more bleakness. So I have started to catch myself and then just think of or do one thing that is fun. To break up the catch 22. It doesn't change reality; it does mean bleakness does not define my day.

“I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
