Poem Punjabi ਸਤਿਨਾਮ ਕਰਤਾਰ

ਰਾਹ ਦੱਸ ਆਪ ਮਿਲਾਣੇ ਦਾ
ਡਾ: ਦਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗ੍ਰੇਵਾਲ

ਰੱਬ ਜੀ ਮਾਣ ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਦਾ।
ਹੱਥ ਫੜ ਰੱਖ ਨਿਆਣੇ ਦਾ।
ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਂ ਬਲ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ
ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਤਾਣ ਨਿਤਾਣੇ ਦਾ ।
ਅਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਦਾਤਾ,
ਵਲ ਨਾ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੇ ਦਾ।
ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਂ ਅੱਠ ਪਹਿਰ,
ਮਤਲਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁਲਾਣੇ ਦਾ।
ਧਿਆਨ ਕਦੇ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੇ,
ਚੰਚਲ ਚਿੱਤ ਨਿਆਣੇ ਦਾ।
ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਂਭ ਲਈਂ,
ਵਕਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਭਟਕਾਣੇ ਦਾ।
ਆਪੇ ਮੇਲ, ਨਾ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਰੱਖ,
ਰਾਹ ਦੱਸ ਆਪ ਮਿਲਾਣੇ ਦਾ।

ਹਰਿ ਤੂੰ ਹੈਂ ਤਾਣ ਨਿਤਾਣੇ ਦਾ
ਰੱਖ ਤੈ ਮਾਣ ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਦਾ

ਰਾਹ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਹੈ
ਡਾ: ਦਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗ੍ਰੇਵਾਲ

ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਾਇਆ ਹੈ ।
ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਜਗਤ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਜੋ ਵੀ ਜਗ ਤੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ,
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਣ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਓਸ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਇਕੋ ਨੇ ,
ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਧੰਦੇ ਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ,
ਜੋ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਣਾ ਕੀ,
ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਾ ਕੁਝ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ।
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਚ ਚੱਲੀ ਚੱਲ,
ਸਿਸਟਮ ਓਸ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਉਹ ਹੀ ਜਾਣੇ ਹੋਣਾ ਕੀ,
ਬੰਦਾ ਸੋਚੀ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਹੋਈ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਜਦੋਂ,
ਜਾਣਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ,
ਰਾਹ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ,
ਰਾਹ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

Atom: The Great

Dr Dalvinder Singh Grewal


Atom is the smallest and indivisible,

The strongest of all so far feasible.

Part of each one and everything,

Causes changes in a continuous ring

Never stops its dancing even a bit.

Keeps each movement; so fine and fit.

In a system it moves universe,

It is all natural; it does not rehe{censored}.

It forms bodies, all in a different way.

No one is ever same, whatsoever it may.

Electrons roaming around it do this trick.

As to her mother a child loves to stick.

It is the earliest part; and last one too.

Without it, the universe cannot do.

Closest to the Creator; to its dearest God.

Serves Him the best and follows each nod.

Don’t say it smallest; it is the greatest of all.

It is because him you are big and tall.

If it is not there, you too do not exist.

Neither earth, nor sky nor even this mist.

Thank it, as it is the maintainer of all.

God’s great creation; though it is so small.
