Wahe Guru! Thanks God. It seemed strange that an evangelical christian was attempting to pursuade Sikhs. Very doubtful he would get anywhere, but not knowing that I had to compassionately speak. I wanted to say "Get thee behind me satan". If you know what I mean?

Gurfateh

For das Rajs is like Grand Father.

He is not from mainstran Christianity but from gnostic church. His philosophy is interesting but may not be practicle as he has molded gnostic faith to fit his imaginations.

He insulted Hindus,Sikhs,Muslims and even mainstream Chrisitians. But he still thinks that he is right.Alright may Akal bless him.Das anyway in fan of his imagination but imaginations may not always be true.

When he talks one ness of all faiths das respects him but he goes further ahead to talk like hitler as he say Jews were hated by Lord Jesus or vice versa and Rajs say Khatris and Guru Nanak Dev's relation in same light.Fact is that none had any prejucies for any race say Khatris or Jews but Nijjer Ji may have.He recently visited another forum and das askeed him if rajs werer same as nijjer Baba,Das asked him to say it in the name of The Father,The Son and The Holy Ghost. He left the forum.

When Chrisitanity has so much truth in it for salvation, why should preacher use false things, this will only make preaching weak.More need to go for postive things of the faith then to denounce others.

I would also request that this title to this topic be changed so that it doesnt give the impression that Sikhs are mass converting. I find this post insulting to Cristian and Sikhs by the Chaudry.

It should be something like "Chadhury's Views on Christianity and Sikhism" or something like that.

Randip Singh,
I very much agree with your sentiments. I had one time wanted to write, not only is this posting beneath Sikhism and true Chrisianity and other Dharmic paths, but it is blasphemy to the Eternal God who created this creation. But I refrained until now.
To think and say that another path is less than yours is to deny that God is the Doer, to deny that the One God is God. The challenge with the spiritual ego is it's trapped into thinking. There in lies the rub! Thinking makes this dualistic world, not the meditative mind that neutrally sees God in ALL!

Re: Why do I believe in Jesus? An ex-sikh’s journey in faith(Rajinder Nijjar's Viewpoint)

Little knowledge is very dangerous indeed. Has anyone of you read "ANURAG SAGAR"
written by Dharam Das , who was the chela of Satguru Kabir Ji. In it is given how many times he come to this world to deliver souls. He tells Dharam Das of his origin as the Son Of God and coming with different names in different ages. GOD has no religion. He tells of that
existence before time or anything that was ever created below Sach Khand. Many a people
try to monopolize the path to GOD. It is a path of the ONE to the ONE. Not of MANY to the ONE. The Gurus from Guru Nanak Ji to Guru Gobind Singh Ji were all Perfect Masters.
Guru Nanak came directly from Sach Khand on orders from Sat Purush. Guru Gobind Singh ji was not a stranger to this plane of Maya either. He was previously Dusht Daman .
That was roughly 5000 years ago. Kali Yug started 5000 years ago after the death of Krishan Bhagwan. Previously before that he came as Rama. They have been coming to this world many-many times and in different forms. There is no limitation on GOD . He can send billions of his sons and daughters or he can send one. He can do whatever he wants as he is the owner of all. All power originated from HIM. To say this and that is putting limitations on the freedoms of all Souls who are here to experience . As there are many countries and people of many types, so are there religions of many types. First of all experience the Kingdom of GOD within and that will automatically make us quiet. For all is this world and other worlds created. No one is special. Many say they see and talk to GOD, but that is a lie. The ONE who sees is beholding his own self , so he will automatically be quiet. Who talks about himself but the Arrogant. GOD is all LOVE. God is also known as Anurag Sagar,
'' THE OCEAN OF INTENSE LOVE ."

Prajapatir vai idam-agre asit
Tasya vak dvitiya asit
Vak vai Paramam Brahma

--Vedas

In the beginning was Prajapati (the Creator),
With Him was the Vak (the Word),
And the Vak (the Word) was verily the
Supreme Brahma.

Isn't that also same like the word from the Bible.

  • Only he is alive, O Nanak, who is attuned with Him; all else are dead.
    --Majh War M. 1
  • Hindu temples and the mosques of the Muslims are all the same.
The Hindu ways of worship and the Namaz (Muslim mode of prayer)
are all the same unto Him.
All mankind is but an emanation from the same source of life.
The differences between the men of various creeds--Turks,
Hindus and others--are due to the customs and modes of living
in their different countries. --Guru Gobind Singh

Re: Why do I believe in Jesus? An ex-sikh’s journey in faith(Rajinder Nijjar's Viewpoint)

MANY MILLIONS (from Sukhmani Sahib)

Many praise Him, but no one knows His limits:
Nanak says, God created the Creation in different ways
and many forms.

All the creatures in this Creation, whether they are insects or animals
or man, are trying to praise the Almighty Who has created this world;
but nobody has known the limits of the Almighty God. God has created
different types of creatures; He has created four types of species -
animals, insects, man, and many other beings. Do you know that even
the animals, when they wake up in the morning, in their own language
express their gratitude and become thankful to God?

Kabir Sahib says, I sacrifice myself on those birds who live in the
forest and eat the thrown-away food but still do not give up their
remembrance of God."

Many millions became worshipers.
Many millions became righteous and of good conduct.

There are millions of priests in this world who are worshiping God;
and similarly there have been millions of gurumukhs - those who have
achieved God.

Many millions became the residents of places of pilgrimage.
Many millions became sad and in illusion wandered in the
forest.

Many millions go and reside in the places of pilgrimage, thinking that
they will get liberation just by being at the places of pilgrimage. And
many millions go and spend their life in the forest, thinking that they
will achieve God by living that type of life.

Many millions are the audience of the Vedas.
Many millions perform austerities.

Many millions are interested in hearing the stories of the Vedas and
hearing the holy scriptures, and many millions are interested in going
into the forest in the secluded places and performing austerities.

Many millions contemplate on their own self
Many millions think on their own writings.

Many millions are contemplating on their own self, and in that Way
they are trying to get liberation; and there are many millions who are
interested in reciting their own poetry, their own writings about God.

Many millions meditate on the new names of the Lord.
Nanak says, But they do not get to know the limit
of the Creator.

Many millions are giving many new names of the Timeless Lord, but
they are not achieving God just by calling God in different types of
names.

Many millions have become egotists.
Many millions are blind and ignorant.

Now Guru Sahib is describing the condition of the world. He says there
are millions of people - those who are intoxicated by the ego, by
pride - who say that nobody else is like them. And there are many
millions of illiterate people in this world who have no knowledge.

Many millions are misers and stone-hearted.
Many millions are without the knowledge
of their own soul.

There are many millions of people who are living as misers in this world,
and there are many millions of people - those who never come to the
Path of Naam - and no matter what, still the color of Naam is not
reaching them.

Many millions are stealing the wealth of others.
Many millions are jealous of others.

There are many millions of people who are always trying to steal from
others; and there are many millions of people who are always feeling
jealous, looking at other people's progress and other people's reputation
in this world; and they are always becoming envious of them and bothered
about them.

Many millions work hard for Maya.
Many millions wander in foreign countries.

There are many millions of people who don't feel ashamed even to do
mean work for collecting wealth, and many millions of people who wander
in foreign countries just to collect wealth.

Wherever He attaches people, there they remain attached.
Nanak says, Only the Creator Himself knows about His
creation.

Now Guru Sahib says that everyone is attached to the world, and all
this is done by God Himself. God knows at which place He his to send
each person and who is fit for what work. And He does all these things
from behind the curtain, but nobody can know that.

Many millions are Siddhas (seers), celibates and yogis.
Many millions are kings who enjoy the pleasures.

Now he says there are millions of seers, celibates and yogis living in
this world, and there are millions of kings, and important people, who
are enjoying the world and are sleeping towards God.

He created many millions of birds and snakes.
He created many millions of stones and trees.

Guru Sahib says God has created many million types of trees on this
plane, and He has created many million types of birds and other creatures.

He created many millions of gods and goddesses.
He created many millions of countries and planes.

He has created many millions of gods and goddesses; and He has created
many millions of divisions and grand divisions of this world.

He created many millions of moons, suns and planets.
He created many millions of gods and demons,
and Lord Indra who is God of gods.

Now he says God has made many millions of suns, He has made many
millions of moons and stars and planets, and He Himself has created
many millions of gods and goddesses; and even Lord Indra, who is
called God of the gods and goddesses, is created by Him.

He keeps everything together;
Nanak says, He liberates whomever He wants.

God has created all these creatures - insects, animals, etc. - and He has
put them all together, like we put the beads in a rosary, and He knows
to whom He has to give liberation, and according to that He liberates
them. He decides which soul has to go in how many bodies, and only
He is responsible for the liberation of the souls.

(He created) many millions of Rajsic, Tamsic,
and Satvic people -
Many millions of Vedas, Puranas, Smritis and Shastras -

He has created many millions of satvic, tamsic and rajsic people who
have these three different kinds of qualities, and many millions of Vedas
and other books have been created by Him.

Many millions of pearls in the ocean -
Many millions of different kinds of creatures -

He has created oceans with many millions of pearls in them, and He
has created many millions of kinds of creatures in them. We believe
that the science of today has progressed and reached many places, but
up until now no scientist has reached the place where the science of
the Saints - the science of soul - has reached.

Guru Nanak Sahib says, "God has created man, the human body
of five elements: no one else can make a human body or even a body
with three or four elements in it."

Many millions who live for a long time -
Many mountains of gold -

There are many millions of people who live long lives in this world;
and God has created many millions of mountains, and many of them
of gold.

Many millions of demons, ghosts, evil spirits -
Many millions of animals who devour other animals.

He has created many millions of ghosts, demons, and angels; and He
has created many millions of animals: deer, and tigers and other animals
who eat the deer.

He is near to all, He is away from all.
Nanak says, He remains within everyone
but is still unique.

God is far from the manmukhs, or those who obey their mind; He is
very near to the gurumukhs. And even though He is present within
everyone, still He is unique.

Many millions live in the world below;
Many millions are the residents of hells and heavens.

God has created many millions of souls who are living in the world
below, and He has made many millions of souls live in the heavens.

Many millions are born, they live and die;
Many millions wander in many bodies.

There are millions of souls who get birth, and there are millions of
souls who die. And there are many millions of souls who wander from one
body to another - sometimes they become man, sometimes bird, sometimes
animal - and in that way they wander continually from one body to another.

Many millions eat and enjoy while sitting,
Many millions get exhausted working hard.

Now Guru Sahib says that there are many millions of people who just
sit and enjoy and eat and who do not have to work for their livelihood,
and those poor people don't get the opportunity even to move their
hands; but there are many millions of other people who work very hard
during the daytime and at the end of the day are exhausted, and they
do all that to make their living.

Guru Nanak Sahib has said that there are many people who enjoy
sleeping on comfortable beds (like the one Mother Millie had), and there
are many people who just stand there to attend those who sleep on those
beds.

He created many millions of wealthy people -
Many millions who are anxious for wealth.

God has created many millions of rich people, who have so much they
don't have any idea of how much wealth they have; but He has created
many millions of poor people who are always worrying about making
their living, and who don't have any food to eat, any house to sleep
in, or any clothes to wear.

Whatever is His Will, according to that
He keeps the people;
Nanak says, Everything is in the Lord's hands.

Nobody can become rich by himself, and nobody becomes poor by himself.
It is all in the Will of God; and whatever God wishes for anyone, He
gives to him according to that.

Many millions have become bairagis, whose attention
is attuned to the Name of God.

There are many millions of bairagis (those who are yearning in the
devotion of God), and there are many millions of souls who are attuned
to God.

Many millions search for God;
They are searching for Par Brahm within their souls.

Now he says there are many millions of people who are searching for
God, and there are many millions who are trying to make their souls
free from the clutches of mind.

Many millions who have the thirst
for the darshan of God
Find that indestructible God.

There are many millions of people who are thirsty for having the darshan
of God; and those who are always get it. As Master Kirpal used to say:
"This is the law of nature: there is food for the hungry and water for
the thirsty."

Many millions ask for Satsang and they are dyed
in the color of Par Brahm.

There are many millions of people who day and night request the Almighty
Lord: "O Lord, give us Satsang, bring us in Satsang." And those who are
praying for that are dyed in the color of Glory from within.

One with whom He becomes pleased
Is always a blessed one, says Nanak.

Those with whom God becomes pleased, they are always involved in thanking
and being grateful to God.

Many millions of species and divisions of creation,
Many millions of skies and Brahmands -

He has created many millions of species, and He has created many millions
of skies, and many millions of divisions of His creation.

Many millions of incarnations were created,
Who spread their work in many different ways.

There were millions of incarnations who came in this world and spread
their work.

Many times the creation was created,
But every time He, only He, the Ek Onkar, remained.

Many times this world has been renovated, many times this world has
come to an end, and many times it has been dissolved and - again created,
and this world has gone on changing; but God Who created this world
hasn't changed. And many times it has happened that only God remained
existing in His Will, and no other creature was existing in this world.

He created many millions of creatures,
Who are created from God and at the end dissolve in God.

He has created many millions of creatures: you see how He has made the
body of the cat, how He has made the mouse, and how He has made the
different parts of the body of the human being. After making all these
bodies, He is residing within them; and He has done all this by Himself.

No one knows His limits;
Nanak says, The Lord Himself knows them.

Now Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj says, "Nobody can know His bounds,
His limits; only He knows His limits and I bow down to such a God."

Many millions are servants of Par Brahm;
Within them the Light is manifested.

There are many millions who are slaves of God and there are many
millions within whom God is manifested; and in whom God is
manifested, there is the Light of God.

Many millions are knowers of Truth.
They always see Him with their one eye.

There have been many millions of people who knew about God; and
there are many millions of people who know about God now, and with
their open eyes are seeing Him everywhere.

Many millions have drunk the nectar of Naam,
And become immortal, and are living forever.

There are many millions of souls who drank the Nectar of Naam and
have become immortal; the souls who drink the Nectar of Naam never
die.

Many millions sing the qualities of Naam;
Easily they absorb their soul in the happiness
of the nectar.

Many millions are doing the meditation on Shabd Naam and are making
their soul drink that Nectar of Naam.

Those who remember their Beloved with their
every single breath are the beloveds of God,
says Nanak.

Those who remember their Master, those who love their Master with every
single breath, are the beloveds of God. As Guru Sahib has praised God
and has expressed his thankfulness to God in this chapter of Sukhmani
Sahib, we should also be grateful to Him and thank Him.

Recenlty at tapoban.org ,das saw nijjar Baba's coment in lekhari website also(link is not gienven but can ber produced on demand).

This baba has sprituality givne to him by Akal but in wrong direction.

Das will tell a sakhi.A muslim peer came to Tenth Master.Said,oh Peer of peers! If everything is predestained by Akal, then why should we respect holy men?

Guru said that good deeds are marked as a stamp on the forehead so on forehead they have mirro image so reverse of what is intened.

The forehead is touched on the gorund(in devotion) then mirro image of mirror image is marked on the gorund and correct inteneded derstiny comes.

Main thing is to have devotion and not just knowledge or knwoldge may misguide.Akal Blesss Baba Nijjar and let him realse truth as being Chrsitian only.Jit Duare Udrail Te Te Liyo Ubara(Salagvage(oh God) by whichever door/way salvation can be obtained).:wah:

Guru Gobind Singh Ji describes his call to the guruship in the sixth chapter :
When I was performing austerities and meditating on Maha Kaal on the lofty Hem Kund in the high Himalayas, I became absorbed in the Immortal One and became one with the Lord. My mother and father also served the Lord with great devotion. I did not wish it, but the order came for me to take birth in Kal Yuga (present age of darkness). The Immortal One told me how first the demons were created, but they trusted in their own arms and so were destroyed. Then the gods were created , but they became proud (worshiped their own strength) and called themselves Parmashur (Supreme God). Maha Dev (Shiv Ji) called himself The Imperishable; Vishnu appointed himself Parmashur; Brahama stated that he was Par Braham (Supreme Brahama); but none of them knew the true Lord. Then the Lord created the eight witnesses (Earth, Sun, Moon, Fire, Wind, Water etc) but people began to worship them. Some people worshiped stones, some worshiped water and became ensnared in egoism. the Siddhs and Sadhs likewise found their own Panths (sects) and went astray in quarrels and pride. Datta Traiya was created, he only let his finger nails grow and matted his hair, but he failed to meditate on the love of Hari. Gorakh made disciples of great Rajas, but only taught them to split their ears and put in earrings. Ramanand became a Bhairagi and wore a wodden necklace, but forgot the Lord. All the great souls only founded their own sects. Muhammad was ordained King of Arabia by the Lord, but he only taught circumcision to his devotees. He caused his own name to be repeated and did not proclaim the True Name. So the Immortal one said to me,
"I have glorified you as my son, I have created you to proclaim the panth; Go, spread the faith there, and restrain the people from folly." I stood up and made obeisance and said, "This Panth will spread in the world when Thou givest assistance."For this reason the Lord sent me; then i took birth and came into this world. What he spoke that I speak and I bear no enmity to anyone. Those who call ne Parmashur shall fall into the pits of Hell; Know me as his slave only, have no doubt about that. I am the slave of the supreme being and have come to behold the spectacle of the world; What the Lord told me, that I tell the world and I will not remain silent through fear of mortals.
I have come into this world for this purpose, For the sake of faith the divine Guru sent me: "Wherever you extend the faith, Seize and hurl down evil deceivers." For this very purpose we have taken birth - All you saints understand this in your heart, to spread the faith, to protect the saints, and to chastise all evildoers.

Waho Waho Gobinda Singh, Ape Guru Chela!
Thank God Rishi Dusht Damon was reincarnated to become Gobind Rai who was made Guru Gobind Rai by his father and Guru, Teg Bahadur Sahib.
Then in 1699, on a hilltop in Anandpur Sahib, He was initiated into the Khalsa Panth as Guru Gobind Singh.

Thank you Lord!

You have stated it so correctly. For small minded Christians to think only one man of God was His son is folly. The 9 year old Gobind Rai knew his destiny. It was his inspiring and penetrating words that sent his father to see Aurangzeb in Delhi. The sacrifice of the 9th Guru for Religious Liberty was an act of a great Saint. Compared to
Pontius Pilot and the Romans that ruled Judea in Jesus' time, no Christian alive today could fathom the ruthlessness of such a one. God created the Moghul ruler and made chaos happen on earth. He then sent his son into the world of duality. In the Age of Steel he defeated the demons and established Dharma once again on Earth. Mankind still turn their backs on Truth.
Meher Ban, Meher Ban, oh sweet Guru ji!
May we be humble but our wisdom be exalted in the keeping of the Lord.

Re: Why do I believe in Jesus? An ex-sikh’s journey in faith(Rajinder Nijjar's Viewpoint)

"1. Existed before the world was created:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. (John 1:1)

Jesus was NOT created after God created the world but, in fact, through him all things were made. He was not created from dust like Adam and Eve. He is the image of the invisible God, the first born over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things and in him all things hold together. (Colossians 1:15)

Mohammed or Nanak or Buddha, did not have pre-existence but were born as any other child, according to their parents’ will. Jesus, however, forsaking his spiritual existence, and to do God’s will, took up a body of flesh and blood, to save us from our sinful nature. He was born not because of parents’ will, but was born of the Holy Spirit. The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. (John 1:14)

During his ministry, Jews of Jesus’ time often questioned and asked him, as to who was he? “I tell you the Truth,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I AM!” Therefore, Jesus substantiated his pre-existence. "

I dare not speak for others but as a Shaivite I believe that all souls or the atman existed in God and are without beginning and without end. My faith has no founder or central figure except God. Rishis revealed the Vedas many thousands of years ago.

"Brahma/Vishnu/Shiva:
In Hinduism - Brahma the “creator,” Vishnu the “protector,” and Shiva the “destroyer” - form a trinity. Only Vishnu is capable of taking Avtaar (to be born in human flesh) to rid the earth of evil. However, they are not mutually one, but have separate existence and different functions. Humans can realize the presence of God in “self” through a cycle of re-births, which is dependent on Karma (good works.) "

Indeed Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva are facets of the Godhead. Perhaps you could liken the concept to "The father, son and holy Ghost. As a "hindu" I believe all transgretions, if you will, must be balanced. Karma is cause and effect or action and reactio, neither good or bad. What's more you are missing the metaphors.

"“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” (John 1:1) "

I agree with this fully and the word was "OM"

"After we accept Jesus, he abides in us. If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God. (1 John 4:15) The Holy Spirit connects us to Jesus because God is Spirit. The Holy Spirit reveals to us the unfathomable knowledge of God that cannot be learned or acquired without the presence of God’s Spirit in our lives. In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. (1 Corinthians 2:11)"

The atman is the spark of God so every on has God's spirit without invitation, without ritual.

"Because Jesus rose from dead - I know, and I know, and I know - I will be in his glorified presence one day."

You can say "I know" one thousand times and it will add certitude to what you BELIVE.

"2. His coming into the world was foretold:
Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. (Isaiah 7:14)"

This mythology was not unique. The metaphor of virgin birth is in the mythology of many cultures

"Jesus did not need to spend years in solitude to gain wisdom and knowledge. Unlike Mohammed, Nanak, and Buddha, Jesus did not need to seek out God. He did not need a divine revelation or a visit from an angel to reveal the mind of God."

How do you know this? Nothing in scripture is included pertaining to ywo thirds of Jesus' life. From the age of 12 to 33 nothing is said of Jesus. He could have been a renunciate and had an epiphany after 40 days in the desert

I believe Jesus was and I revere him for being a great holy man. However I also believe what Jesus did we all can. The search for God is not an external work but an inward journey to connect with God where it resides and that is in the "heart" of everyone of us.

The Splendor Of The Battles Of Dusht Daman Cannot And Will Not Be Known To The Outside World. His Battles Were So Fierce And Traumatic That None Have Seen Such A One Until He Came Down To Our Lowly Earth To Save Us. Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj Khalsa Was One Who Was Given The Great Power Of Amrit . He Came And Gave And Lo Behold Lions Were Born But Not Mere Warriors
But Saint Warriors Who Protected Everyone. That Amrit Came Down From The Hands Of Satpurush Himself And Given By Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj Khalsa
To First The Panj Piares(five Beloved Ones ) And Then To Others.
In An Instant One Low One Becomes A King Or Queen .
Those Who Wish To Know Guru Gobind Singh Ji , Take The Amrit , Follow
The Ways Of The Khalsa Even If The Whole World Turns Against You.
Death Doesn't Scare The Khalsa. Never Run But Face Death . If You Want To Be The Warrior Of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Then Arise And Declare The Truth
To Yourself And The World."i Am The Khalsa."

Vijaydeep Ji
As a devote of Lord Shiva I believe that the "trimurti" is a closely related metaphor to the Christian Trinity the Father the Son and the Holy Ghost. In the metaphors Brahma and The Father relate to the creator, The Son and Shiva the Son to destroy the old wine or religion, and Vishnu and the Holy Ghost the sustainers.
Being a Shaivite I believe the three to be facets of God or Lord Shiva. I also believe the only names God has are those that humans provide. There being only one Creator the name used indicates the methods and rituals of worship.
What you have posted is surely agreeable with me.

Peace my friend

Sikhism teaches that Gurus can lead us to God. I beg to differ. The ten Gurus themselves were seekers of God, so how can they lead us to God? Only God can lead us to God. Gurus never made such claims, however Jesus - claimed to be One with God. So, Jesus can be the only Way to God.

Rajs

Does this not prove Jesus to be Egotistical in claiming that?

The Guru's never once said (as you've pointed out) 'claimed to be one with God'' because they didn't want to be worshipped in the same manner as Christians do Jesus. This to me shows humility from the Guru's and and this was the reason they were sent - To preach the true gospel! (I'm not attacking Jesus because they are the one and same just different paths)

Holy Spirit in the shape of a dove, and the voice from heaven declaring him to be God’s own beloved Son tantamount to irrefutable evidence that validates the authenticity of Jesus’ claim –

Rajs

How unrealistic is this claim? could they have been schizophrenic? How many times have you heard the 'voice of God'' :}{}{}:
